About

Hi, I am Michael owner and creator of www.minorwealth.com.  I started this site for three reasons:

  1. I hated the sites that use watered down approaches when teaching kids/teens about money.  I feel kids and teens can understand money and the stock market just as well as any adult can.
  2. I felt bad for the minors who had no idea what the stock market was, and didn’t know how to go about learning.
  3. I’d be liar if I didn’t put this here, I also started this website as a business venture.  But don’t let this scare you away even though I may make money from this site you won’t have to pay a penny.

My story

I used to have my story here but I realized that nobody wants to read my boring story.  So to save you some time I am just going to have some key moments.

  • 2003 – I was first introduced to the stock market by my dad
  • 2005 – Read my first investing book
  • 2008 – Start dj company which I’ve still not made all my money back
  • 2010 – Started Minor Wealth!
  • 2011 – ???

Those are the only important things I can think of.
